Eggs slide right out of this pan every morning, and the heat spreads so evenly I barely have to adjust the burner. It's been through the dishwasher more times than I can count and still looks new.
The sear I get on a steak in this thing is unreal, way better than my old nonstick ever managed. It's heavy enough that it doesn't budge on the burner, and I love that I can just toss it in the dishwasher after.
