8 QT Stainless Steel Stockpot

The thick base really does keep the heat even, no scorching when I let a pot of stock simmer for hours. It's heavier than my old pot but that's exactly what I wanted in an 8 quart.

Sunday soup duty just got way easier with this pot. The thick base actually holds heat evenly, so my tomato sauce simmered for three hours without a single scorch. Eight quarts is plenty for a family of five plus leftovers.

I've been making big batches of chicken stock in this thing every weekend and it handles a full 8 quarts without any scorching on the bottom. The stainless steel cleans up way easier than my old pot too, even after a long simmer. Just wish it came with a lid that fit a little tighter.
