The silicone is squishy enough that I can bend it into my small baking sheet, and the little feet actually lift the chicken so the bottom gets brown instead of soggy. Cleaned up fine in the dishwasher too.

Wasn't sure these would make a difference, but my roasted veggies came out with actual crispy edges instead of soggy bottoms. The silicone wipes clean in seconds, which beats scrubbing a wire rack any day.

The silicone racks lifted my chicken thighs right off the pan and the skin came out genuinely crispy instead of soggy. They're flexible enough to bend into my smaller baking dish, and cleanup was just a quick rinse.
