6" Bunka Knife (ACUTO440

That paring tip is surprisingly handy for shallots and garlic, way more control than my old chef's knife. The ACUTO440 steel takes a scary sharp edge and the 6" size feels just right for everyday prep. Been reaching for it constantly since it arrived.
