6 QT Stainless Steel Braiser

The wide surface lets me sear a whole batch of chicken thighs without crowding, then I just add stock and move it straight to the oven. Being able to serve right out of it and toss it in the dishwasher after is the real win.

I've been browning short ribs on the stove and finishing them in the oven with this, and the wide surface gives everything room to sear instead of steam. Cleanup is the real win though — straight into the dishwasher and it comes out looking new.

The 6-quart size is perfect for Sunday chili — I can brown three pounds of beef without crowding the pan. Cleanup is the real win though, it went straight into the dishwasher and came out spotless.
