6" Stainless Steel Frying Pan

The sear I got on a ribeye last night was restaurant-level, way better crust than my old nonstick ever managed. It's heavier than I expected but that's exactly why it holds heat so evenly. Threw it in the dishwasher after and it came out looking brand new.

I've been using this pan daily for a month and the sear I get on steaks is restaurant-level. It's heavier than my old nonstick but feels genuinely indestructible, and no warping even after high heat.

The pan got a gorgeous crust on chicken thighs without any hot spots, and cleanup was a two-minute job since it can go straight in the dishwasher. It's noticeably heavier than my old nonstick, but that heft makes it feel like it'll outlast everything else in my cabinet.
