I've been making one-pot pasta in this thing almost every week — the 4 QT size fits a full box of spaghetti without breaking the noodles. It's deep enough that sauce doesn't splatter all over my stove either.
The rounded corners make stirring risotto so much easier than my old straight-sided pan, nothing gets stuck in the edges. And it's deep enough that I can boil a whole box of spaghetti without it foaming over. Honestly the 4 quart size is perfect for a family dinner.
