10" + 12" Stainless Steel Frying Pan

The 10-incher has basically replaced every nonstick pan in my kitchen—eggs slide right out if I let it heat up properly. Loving that both sizes are dishwasher-safe, since scrubbing stainless steel was always the chore I dreaded.

The sear I get on steaks in the 10" is honestly restaurant-level, way better than my old nonstick ever managed. Threw both pans in the dishwasher after a messy braise and they came out spotless.

I've put the 12" through nightly dinners for two months and it hasn't warped once, even when I crank the heat for a hard sear. Both pans go straight into the dishwasher, which honestly sold me more than anything.
