The sear I got on chicken thighs last night was restaurant-level, and nothing stuck to the pan at all. These have a nice solid weight without feeling clumsy, and cleanup was just a quick scrub.

The weight of the skillet took some getting used to, but it sears chicken beautifully and the handle stays cool on the stove. Only gripe is that eggs stick if I don't use enough oil, so it's not fully nonstick in practice.
