7-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Black

The five knives cover basically every prep task I do, and the two extras actually get used instead of sitting in the block. Handles feel solid in my hand and cleanup takes seconds, which matters when I'm cooking every night.

The chef's knife glides through onions like they're butter and the set covers everything I actually cook with, no wasted drawer space. Cleanup is quick too since there are only five knives to wash instead of a whole block of useless extras.

Used these for dinner prep every night this week and the santoku glides through onions without making me tear up. Cleanup is quick too, everything rinses off before I even get the dishwasher loaded. Exactly the five knives I reach for, nothing cluttering the drawer.
