2-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Black

I've been cooking with these two knives for a few weeks now and they still slice through tomatoes without squishing them. The blade feels surprisingly light in hand, which makes chopping onions way less of a chore.

The chef's knife slid through a butternut squash like it was soft butter, which I did not expect from something this light. The ACUTO440 steel still looks brand new after weeks of daily cooking and hand washing. Two knives really is all I need now.

Got these two knives about a month ago and they've basically replaced everything else in my block. The rust-proof steel is no joke — I left one wet in the sink overnight and it came out spotless. They're still shaving through tomatoes like nothing.
