查看詳細說明I grabbed these to move a pork shoulder out of the pan and they didn't flex or slip once. The spring tension is just right too, so my hand doesn't cramp when I'm plating several plates in a row.
The tips are narrow enough that I can grab a single green bean off a platter, but they don't flex when I lift a whole roast chicken out of the pan. Dishwasher's been fine on them so far too.
These have become my default reach for plating — the grip is precise enough that I can carefully place a seared scallop without mangling it. The spring tension feels sturdy, so I'm not worried about them bending when I flip something heavier.
