Folded a stiff cookie dough with this without the handle flexing at all, which my old spatula never managed. Then used the same one to gently fold whipped egg whites into a batter and it didn't deflate them. Scrapes the bowl clean too, so less waste.
The edge on this spatula is thin enough to scrape the last of the brownie batter out of the bowl, which my old one never managed. It's also stiff enough that folding in whipped egg whites doesn't deflate them. Honestly the only utensil I've reached for all week.
