These sliced through a thick ribeye like it was soft butter, and the serrated edge didn't shred the meat at all. The red handles also make them easy to spot in a crowded drawer.

The set is heavier in the hand than my old cheap knives, and the German steel blades cut through chicken without any tearing. The red handles look sharp on the table too. Only downside is they came needing a quick wash before first use.

The serrated edge glides through steak without tearing it up, and even chicken comes out clean instead of shredded. German steel feels solid in the hand, not flimsy like my old set. The red handles are a nice pop in the drawer too.
