The handles stay cool enough to grab bare-handed right out of a 425° oven, which I didn't realize I needed until now. It's roomy enough for a whole chicken plus potatoes, but it still slides into my small oven without a fight.

Didn't expect to use this thing as often as I do — it's handled sheet-pan dinners and a Sunday roast without any warping or hot spots. The stainless cleans up way easier than my old dark pan, just a quick soak and scrub.

Roasted a whole chicken and potatoes in this last night and cleanup was way easier than my old nonstick pan. The size fits perfectly in my standard oven without hogging the whole rack, so I can still roast veggies alongside it.
