I reached for the 10" for burgers the first night and got a crust I usually only see on restaurant grills. It came pre-seasoned so there was zero fuss, just wiped it out and it was ready again the next day. The 12" is heavier than I expected but that's exactly what I wanted for a proper sear.

Bought the set expecting to rotate between sizes, but I keep grabbing the 12-inch for everything—the pre-seasoned surface gave me a perfect sear on my first steak with zero sticking. The 8-inch is great for eggs, and they've all held up beautifully on my gas stove.

The 10-inch pan has been my daily driver for a week now, and it’s already developed a slick surface that eggs slide right off of. I love that I can use it on high heat for a proper crust without worrying about coating flaking, and the handle stays cooler than my old cast iron's.
