5-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Blue

The chef's knife went through a butternut squash like it was soft butter, and the blade still felt razor sharp afterward. I've had cheaper sets rust within weeks, but the ACUTO440 steel on these is holding up great after a month of daily cooking.

I've been using the paring knife almost daily for shallots and garlic, and it still glides through like it's new. The ACUTO440 steel hasn't shown a single spot of rust even after I forgot to dry one overnight.

The chef's knife went through a whole butternut squash without any wobble, which surprised me for the price. Five knives covering every job means I finally cleared the mismatched junk out of my block.
