Didn't expect to reach for this as often as I do, but it's become my go-to for everything from scrambling eggs to folding batter. The silicone doesn't scratch my nonstick pan and it scrapes the corners clean without any fuss.

The silicone head is soft enough that it doesn't scratch my nonstick pan, but stiff enough to scrape up every bit of sauce. It's replaced both my spatula and spoon, which cleared some drawer space.
