2-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - White

These two have basically replaced every other knife in my block. The smaller one is my go-to for garlic and shallots, and after a couple months of daily use and hand washing there's not a single spot of rust on the blade.

The bigger knife glides through onions so cleanly I actually noticed the difference from my old set. ACUTO440 steel really does seem to hold its edge well after a few weeks of daily cooking.

The ACUTO440 steel is legitimately rust-proof — I've left these sitting in the sink overnight twice now with zero spotting. The smaller one has basically replaced my old paring knife for everything.
