I've never had a spatula actually get under a delicate fillet without tearing it until now. The thin edge flexes just enough to follow the curve of the pan, and cleanup is a quick rinse.

The thin flexible blade slides right under eggs without breaking the yolk, which my old stiff spatula always did. It's also become my go-to for lifting fish fillets out of the pan in one piece.
