Algae Cooking Club - 藻油 - 16オンス - アルミボトル - 3本パック

I've been searing steaks at high heat and there's barely any smoke compared to my old oil. The aluminum bottle is a nice touch too since it doesn't leak in the cabinet. Three of them should last me a while.

I've been using this for high-heat searing and it holds up way better than my old oil — no smoke alarms going off halfway through cooking. The 16 oz aluminum bottles are a nice bonus too, they don't get greasy or slippery on the shelf.

The neutral taste is what sold me — no weird aftertaste in stir-fries or scrambled eggs. The aluminum bottles also feel sturdier than the plastic ones I used to buy, and three of them lasted me well over a month.
