Category: Coltello Standard
Il nostro coltello intermedio per la preparazione quotidiana. Perfetto quando un coltello da chef sembra troppo grande e uno da sbucciare troppo piccolo.
This little guy is the perfect size for slicing apples and shallots without switching knives. The blade feels sturdy and precise, fits my hand much better than a big chef's knife for these small jobs.
I was a bit skeptical about needing a middle-sized knife, but the 5.5-inch blade hits the sweet spot for dicing onions and slicing apples without feeling clumsy. The handle is well-balanced and comfortable, though I wish it came with a blade guard for storage.
