6.5" Gyuto Knife (ACUTO440)

The 6.5-inch blade is just the right size for my small cutting board, and the Japanese-style profile feels super nimble for slicing herbs and dicing onions. It's genuinely made my evening prep faster and more enjoyable.

The handle feels solid enough, but the blade didn't come as sharp out of the box as I'd hoped for a Japanese-style knife. It's fine for basic dicing vegetables, though I find myself reaching for my older knife for tougher cuts.
