The handle gives me way more control than my old balloon whisk, especially when I'm whipping egg whites to stiff peaks. It moves fast through the bowl without splashing, which I didn't expect. Meringues have never come together this quickly for me.

I've been using this for Sunday pancake batter and it handles the lumps way better than my old balloon whisk. The meringue peaks came out stiff without my arm dying halfway through, which is honestly why I stopped making them for years.

The control on this thing is what sold me — I can whip eggs fast without splashing half of them out of the bowl, then slow down for pancake batter without switching tools. Handled a batch of meringues last weekend and my arm wasn't even tired.
