The personalized engraving makes me smile every time I grab it, and the wide blade makes quick work of scraping sticky dough off the counter. I've started using it for chopping veggies and sliding them straight into the pan too, so it basically lives on my board now.

The personalization is what sold me, and seeing my own name etched into the handle every time I bake is a small joy. It cuts through cold butter and scrapes dried dough off the counter without flexing at all.

I've been using this daily to scoop chopped veggies off the cutting board and it saves me so much hassle. The blade edge is sharp enough to cut through cold butter straight from the fridge, and it scrapes the counter clean without scratching.
