The straight edge really does make a difference — it slices clean through a ribeye without tearing it up, and way less juice ends up on the plate. Hand wash only is a bit of a pain, but for how effortlessly these glide, I'll deal with it.

I was skeptical that straight-edge blades would beat my old serrated ones, but these slice through ribeye without tearing it up, and way less juice ends up on the plate. The four-pack covers dinner guests nicely too.

Bought these to replace a serrated set and the difference on a ribeye is obvious — barely any juice left on the plate. Handle feels solid in hand, though they're a bit lighter than I expected for the price.
