Silicone Roasting Racks - 2 Pack

Didn't expect silicone to hold up at 425° but these came out fine after roasting chicken thighs, and the skin actually crisped instead of sitting in grease. They clean up way easier than my old metal rack too.

These are the only roasting racks I've found that don't make my vegetables stick or steam, and the color makes them easy to spot in a crowded drawer. They lift the chicken high enough that the bottom skin actually crisps up for once.

The ridges on these racks are wide enough that my pork loin actually browned on the bottom instead of sitting in its own juice. Cleanup is just a quick rinse, and the bright color makes it easy to spot in the dish rack.
