查看詳細說明Drizzling oil over roasted veggies used to end in drips everywhere, but the tapered tip on this spoon gives me way more control than my old round ladle. It’s become my go-to for plating sauces too, and the handle feels nicely balanced in my hand.
The handle is weighted so nicely that my hand doesn't cramp even after plating six plates in a row, and the bowl's angle catches sauce just right for those clean finishing drizzles. It's made me actually care about the last swipe on every dish.
The spoon's edge is thin enough that I can actually control a sauce drizzle instead of dumping it. Only wish the handle were a touch longer for deeper pans. Good weight in the hand, though, and it's earned a spot next to my stove.
