我們的中型刀具，適合日常備料。當主廚刀太大、水果刀太小，這把剛剛好。

Claire ★★★★☆

The engraving came out crisp and clean, exactly as I wanted it for a gift. It's a nice middle-ground size that handles most of my daily chopping without reaching for the big chef's knife. Only wish the blade had a bit more heft, but it's solid for the price.

Nicholas ★★★★☆

I use this mostly for slicing fruit and small veg, and the in-between size really does hit the sweet spot. The personalization is a nice touch, though I wish the engraving was a tiny bit deeper.
