I’ve been using this knife for a week now and the wide blade is perfect for scooping diced onions straight into the pan. It cuts through cabbage like butter with zero rocking needed. Definitely makes meal prep faster.
The straight blade makes for really clean cuts on onions, and I love that I can scoop everything up on the wide blade. The only thing is the handle feels a little slick when my hands are wet.
