Emily K. ★★★★★

I've been cooking more at home and finally replaced my old mismatched knives with this red set. The ACUTO440 steel has stayed completely rust-free even after I accidentally left one wet in the sink overnight. Five knives really does cover everything from breaking down a chicken to fine mincing.

Julian ★★★★★

Bought these for a small kitchen and the five sizes cover everything I actually cook — the small paring one gets used daily for fruit and garlic. Handles feel solid in the hand and after a few weeks of washing there's no spotting on the blades.

Matthew W. ★★★★★

The rust-proof coating has held up great even after leaving them wet in the sink overnight. The smallest paring knife gets used daily for fruit and peeling, and it's still razor sharp after two months.
