I’ve had mine for a few weeks and the way it holds heat for low braises is seriously impressive, the lid fits snug and keeps everything moist. I’m also a fan of the gray exterior since it doesn’t show every little smudge, and cleanup really is a breeze with the smooth enamel inside.
The enamel coating has held up beautifully through weekly stews and a few aggressive sears, and I love that I can scrape leftovers without worrying about scratches. The enamel coating really does make cleanup easy, which I appreciated after braising short ribs for three hours. Only gripe is it's heavier than my old pot, so lifting it out of the oven full of stew takes some effort.
