The stainless steel cleans up way easier than my old nonstick pan ever did, no scrubbing required. I used the biggest one for a whole chicken on Sunday and the smallest for roasting veggies last night. These three have basically replaced everything else in my cabinet.

Having all three sizes means I finally stopped juggling one pan between the chicken and the potatoes. The stainless steel came out of a 450-degree oven without any warping, and the smaller one is perfect for a couple of sausages on a weeknight.

Roasted a whole chicken in the largest pan last weekend and the drippings caramelized perfectly without sticking. The three sizes actually stack in my cabinet, which I didn't expect to appreciate so much.
