Raschia per Banco

I've been using this to scoop up flour after kneading and it's cut my cleanup time in half. The flat edge gets right under the dough without tearing it, which my old bench knife never managed.

The wide blade makes transferring chopped veggies to the pan so much easier than using my knife. It also scrapes dried dough off the counter without scratching anything. Been using it daily for a month now and it still feels solid.

I bought this mostly for bread dough and it cuts cleanly without dragging. The wide blade also makes scooping chopped veggies off the board way faster than using my knife. Solid weight in the hand too, doesn't feel flimsy at all.
