The straight edge cuts cleanly through ribeye without the tearing I used to get from serrated blades. Eight knives means I'm not hand-washing mid-dinner when we have people over.

We've been using these for a few weeks and the straight edge really does slice through steak without tearing it up like our old serrated set did. The white handles look sharp on the table too. Cleaning them by hand is a bit of a chore since the color shows every smudge.
