2-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Blue

Been cooking with these for a few weeks and the blue finish still looks brand new, no stains or rust spots at all. The smaller one has basically replaced every other knife I own for prepping veggies.

The ACUTO440 steel holds its edge noticeably longer than my old cheap knives, and the rust-proofing has survived a full month of me leaving one damp on the cutting board. The blue handle gives a solid, secure grip even when my hands are soapy from washing up.

The blue finish on these looks even better in person, and the rust-proof ACUTO440 steel has held up perfectly through daily meal prep without a single spot. Both knives feel balanced and the chef's knife glides through veggies like butter.
