Plat à rôtir en acier inoxydable

Roasted a whole chicken and a pile of potatoes in this thing and the cleanup was way easier than my old nonstick pan, no scrubbing burnt bits for an hour. It's heavier than I expected but that's honestly why it holds heat so well. Plenty of room for leftovers too.

I've been using this pan for Sunday meal prep and the high sides keep splatters way down compared to my old flimsy one. It's hefty stainless steel, so it heats evenly and cleans up fine after a soak. Big enough that I get dinner plus leftovers without dirtying a second dish.

Roasted a 12-pound turkey in this thing and the drippings made the best gravy I've ever pulled off. It's wider than my old pan, so there's finally room for the bird plus a layer of potatoes around it. Cleanup took a little scrubbing but nothing a soak didn't handle.
