The straight edge really does cut through steak cleanly without tearing the meat. The blue handles are a nice touch and feel solid in the hand. Dinner felt a bit more special with these on the table.
These blue-handled knives are incredibly sharp – cut through a thick ribeye like butter, no sawing needed. I was actually surprised how well they kept the juices on the plate instead of making a mess.
