I've been breaking down whole chickens with these and the blades go through bone without much effort. The built-in bottle opener on the handle caught me off guard — used it on a beer while grilling last weekend. Solid weight too, not flimsy like my old pair.

I've been using these daily for breaking down chicken and they cut through bone like it's nothing. The handles don't slip even when my hands are greasy, which was my main worry. Also great for snipping herbs straight into the pan.

The red handles make them easy to spot in a crowded drawer, and the blades went through fresh rosemary without bruising it. I've used them on pizza and parchment too, and they still cut like day one.
