Suunniteltu koviin paistamisiin, hitaisiin haudutuksiin ja tarjoiluun pöydässä. Paksut valurautaseinät pitävät lämmön, kun taas kestävä, lohkeamaton emalipinta tekee puhdistuksesta helppoa.
The enamel coating really does wipe clean with just a sponge, even after browning short ribs for two hours. The silicone lid is a nice touch for storing leftovers in the fridge without hunting for plastic wrap.
I’ve used mine three times this week already, and the enamel interior wiped clean even after a sticky caramel sauce bubbled over. The silicone lid is a nice touch too, seals snug enough that I didn’t lose much steam during a long pork shoulder braise. Red looks great going straight from stove to tab
Broke this out for a Sunday pot roast and the thick walls held a steady simmer for hours without a single hot spot. The chip-proof enamel wiped clean with just a sponge, no soaking needed. This red one's been on my stove every weekend since.
