I was dreading hulling a whole flat of strawberries until this knife made it actually fun. The blade is just the right size for those tiny precision cuts without bruising the fruit.
Peeling a bowl of apples took half the time this morning because the blade is so nimble in hand. It handles the hulling and trimming tasks exactly as promised, and the grip feels secure even when my hands are wet.
