5.5" Utility Knife (ACUTO440)

This little guy is the perfect size for slicing apples and shallots without switching knives. The blade feels sturdy and precise, fits my hand much better than a big chef's knife for these small jobs.

I was a bit skeptical about needing a middle-sized knife, but the 5.5-inch blade hits the sweet spot for dicing onions and slicing apples without feeling clumsy. The handle is well-balanced and comfortable, though I wish it came with a blade guard for storage.
