Schäler - Klassisch Blau

The blade takes off such a thin layer that I'm barely losing any apple with the peel. Handle feels solid in my hand, no slipping even when things get juicy.

I've been peeling potatoes with this for a couple weeks and the handle stays comfortable even when my hands are wet. It glides through apple skin without digging into the fruit, which was my main gripe with my old one.

The blade takes off such a thin layer that hardly any potato gets wasted, which I didn't expect from a peeler at this price. The blue handle is easy to spot in a crowded drawer, too. Apples and carrots glide through just as smoothly.
