4-teiliges Messerset (AUS-10/8) – Schlussverkauf

The AUS-10 steel on these takes a razor edge and actually holds it through a full roast carving session. I've owned pricier German knives that dulled faster. Four knives covering everything from paper-thin garlic to a whole chicken for sixty bucks feels like a steal.

I've been using the small paring knife for citrus and herbs all week and it's razor sharp out of the box. The AUS-10 steel holds an edge way better than my old set, and the handles feel solid without being heavy.

The carving knife went through a whole roast chicken like butter, and the AUS-10 steel still feels razor sharp after a month of regular use. Even the smallest paring knife has a nice weight to it, not flimsy like my old set.
