Category: Støbejern
Bygget til hårde stege, langsomme braiseringer og servering ved bordet. Tykke støbejernsvægge holder på varmen, mens den holdbare, afslagssikre emalje gør rengøringen nem.
Browned a chuck roast on the stove then moved the whole thing straight into the oven — the enamel cleaned up with a quick soak, no scrubbing. The silicone lid is a nice touch for fridge storage too.
The blue is even richer in person, and the enamel has stayed spotless through three braises and a cornbread bake with just a wipe down. It sears like a dream and the silicone lid makes it easy to peek without losing steam.
The enamel coating wipes clean in seconds even after burnt cheese stuck to the bottom, and that silicone lid fits snug enough to trap steam for slow braises. Love that the classic blue looks sharp enough to carry straight from stovetop to the dinner table without a trivet.
