Dybere Carbon NonstickTM Komplet sæt + Glaslåg

The glass lids are what sold me—being able to watch eggs set without lifting a lid is oddly satisfying. Four pans in one box replaced my mismatched old set, and nothing has stuck yet. Metal spatulas haven't scratched a thing.

Pulled these out of the box and went straight to cooking—no seasoning or fuss, which I really appreciated. The pans are slick enough that eggs slide right off, and I’ve already used a metal spatula on them without a scratch.

I was skeptical about "ready on day one," but I used the biggest pan that evening with zero seasoning fuss and the eggs slid right off. The glass lids make it easy to check my stir-fry without lifting the cover, and I've already abused them with metal spatulas without a scratch.
