5" Takket Kniv (AUS-8) - Sidste udsalg - Grå

The serrated edge on this thing goes through ripe tomatoes without crushing them, which my old straight blade never managed. Compact enough that it lives on the counter now instead of in the drawer.

Cut through a Sunday bagel without squishing it flat, which my old knife could never manage. The 5-inch size is perfect for quick sandwich prep. AUS-8 steel feels sturdy and it's held up great after a few weeks of daily use.

The AUS-8 steel holds an edge way better than the cheap serrated knife I replaced. Sliced a case of ripe tomatoes this week and it never crushed or tore the skins. The 5" size is perfect for small hands, though I wish it came with a sheath.
