Serrated Knife (AUS-8) - Final Sale

The AUS-8 steel holds an edge way longer than my old cheap serrated knife, and it still glides through tomatoes without squashing them. Slicing a warm loaf gives clean crumbs instead of that torn-up mess.

I've been using this mainly on crusty sourdough and it slices straight through without squashing the loaf flat. The serrated edge grabs the crust cleanly and the blade feels solid in hand, not flimsy like my old one. Tomatoes come out in neat rounds too, no tearing.
