2-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Red

The red finish is what caught my eye, but the ACUTO440 steel is what keeps me reaching for these. They slice through tomatoes without squishing them, and no rust spots after a few weeks of hand washing.

I've been using these daily for about a month and the blades still slice through tomatoes like they're soft butter. The ACUTO440 steel hasn't shown a single spot of rust even though I'm lazy about drying them right away.

The red finish on these is actually what sold me, and after a few weeks of daily chopping they still look brand new — no rust spots at all on the ACUTO440 steel. The smaller one handles garlic and shallots so well I've basically stopped reaching for anything else.
