The straight edge cuts cleanly through ribeye without the tearing I used to get from serrated blades. Eight knives means I'm not hand-washing mid-dinner when we have people over.

We've been using these for a few weeks and the straight edge really does slice through steak without tearing it up like our old serrated set did. The white handles look sharp on the table too. Cleaning them by hand is a bit of a chore since the color shows every smudge.

The straight edge on these really does glide through a ribeye without tearing it up, way better than the serrated ones I had before. Handed them out at a dinner party and two people asked where I got them. White handles look clean on the table too.
